In the beauty industry, delivering a seamless, personalized experience is essential to meeting the expectations of modern clients. This project involved building a conversational AI assistant powered by a large language model (LLM), designed to simplify and streamline the process of booking beauty appointments through natural, intuitive conversations.

I independently designed and developed the entire chatbot application, from UX design to full implementation. My work focused on integrating AI-driven dialogue with real-time scheduling systems, delivering a smooth and responsive experience across both web and mobile platforms.
The challange
The main challenge was to create a smart assistant that could:
