Eicorn is a web app that allows users to scan or enter a product's barcode to estimate its ecological impact. It provides an eco-rating, product information, and suggestions for more sustainable alternatives. The project was developed during DragonHacks 2022, where it won the Organizers’ Choice Award.

My role

I contributed to the initial concept, API research, and project documentation, and was also responsible for writing most of the frontend code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I helped bring the idea to life as a functional prototype within the limited hackathon timeframe.
