I designed a custom dashboard and customer portal for a company in the industrial machinery sector. The platform was created to give clients a centralized view of machine performance and support, with a strong focus on usability and efficiency.
The Context
Manufacturers needed a way to provide their clients with real-time access to key data about their machines, including performance metrics, maintenance history, and documentation. The goal was to reduce support overhead while improving transparency and user experience.
My Role
I was responsible for gathering requirements from stakeholders and designing the entire user interface in Figma, ensuring the platform was aligned with both technical constraints and user needs. The design focused on clarity, hierarchy of information, and ease of access for both technical and non-technical users.

The platform included:
A dashboard displaying key KPIs such as machine uptime, performance trends, energy consumption, and past interventions
A documentation hub for manuals, certificates, and technical files
A ticketing section for issue reporting and support tracking
An AI-powered chatbot that helps users with day-to-day operations and maintenance tasks, by answering questions based on the technical documentation of each machine
By centralizing essential tools and information in one portal, the solution enhanced the client experience and reduced the need for manual support interventions.
