I led the requirements gathering, conducted a competitive analysis, and translated insights into a fully redesigned user experience. I designed the entire product in Figma, working closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the build. I also managed client feedback loops and iteration cycles during development to fine-tune the platform based on real-world use.
